If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply request a return RMA number within 14 days of the shipping date. If 14 days have gone by since your order shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customized items are not eligible for refunds and will only be accepted for repair/replacement in the case of a defect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Provided the item is in new condition and packaging, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. 


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


It is our guarantee that Watson will perform like new for at least one year. We will gladly repair or replace any and all components that do not hold up for any reason.


We will gladly replace or repair items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to request an exchange or repair send us an email at hello@watsonbackpack.com and we will arrange return postage.
